To promote collaborative research and education programmes among the scientists in the field of sustainable development in Kerala as well as to foster and maintain research links with scientists of similar interest all over the world.
To collect and disseminate knowledge on sustainable development in general and that of Kerala in Particular in collaboration not only with industries, universities, colleges, schools, NGOs, villages, municiplities, corporations, rural and urban develpoment agencies of kerala but also any other person or institution which may be interested topromote the objectives of the network
To organize conferences, workshops, seminars and symposia.
