Guidelines

Guidelines for preparing the abstract to be included in the souvenir are as follows

An extended abstract of all the accepted presentations will be printed in the souvenir of the seminar and workshop

The extended abstract may be of maximum four pages of A4 size including figures and tables following the guidelines given below

The text should be divided into sections with the headings

Introduction, Materials & Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusion and References.

The abstract should provide the context or background of the study and should state the study's purposes, basic procedures (selection of study subjects or laboratory animals, observational and analytical methods), main findings (giving specific effect sizes and their statistical significance) and principal conclusions. It should emphasize new and important aspects of the study or observations.

Because abstracts are the only substantive portion of the article indexed in many electronic databases, and the only portion many readers read, authors need to be careful that abstracts reflect the whole content of the article accurately.

Key words: Following the abstract, authors may provide, and identify as such, 3 to 10 key words or short phrases that capture the main topics of the article. These will assist indexers in cross-indexing the article and may be published with the abstract.

The manuscript as Microsoft word document in Times New Roman Font all including figures in black and white only should be send by e-mail to the editorial office as soon as possible and not later than 10th of Nov 2014.
